Tottenham's Top Four Hopes Dashed in 2-1 Defeat to Wolves

Tottenham missed the opportunity to solidify their position in the top four of the Premier League as they suffered a 2-1 defeat against Wolves on Saturday. Joao Gomes was the hero for the visitors, scoring both goals and ending Tottenham's five-match winning streak at home. The first goal came just before half-time, with Gomes heading in a corner from Pablo Sarabia. Tottenham quickly responded after the break, with Dejan Kulusevski dribbling past Craig Dawson and slotting the ball past Jose Sa. However, Wolves held on to secure the victory.
