Injury Concerns Impact Title Race: Liverpool and City's Chances Boosted

Manchester City's title chances received a significant boost after Liverpool stars Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch sustained injuries during the Reds' 1-0 League Cup final victory over Chelsea. Gravenberch was stretchered off in the first half, while Endo played through an ankle injury for the entire 120 minutes. The duration of their absence is currently unknown, but there is a possibility that they may miss Liverpool's game against City on March 10.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp expressed uncertainty about the availability of his players for the upcoming match, stating that some of them had ongoing issues. Despite the injuries, Klopp described the victory as a memorable night.

In terms of injuries, City only have Josko Gvardiol sidelined with an ankle problem. Arsenal is without Jurrien Timber, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Thomas Partey, and Oleksandr Zinchenko. Liverpool, on the other hand, has a staggering 12 players out with injuries.

As the season nears its conclusion, City, Liverpool, and Arsenal emerge as the frontrunners for the title. However, all three clubs have injury concerns that could impact their performance.
