Mbappe considers Arsenal move to follow Thierry Henry's footsteps

Kylian Mbappe is reportedly open to the possibility of joining Arsenal in order to follow in the footsteps of his idol, Thierry Henry. The Paris Saint-Germain striker's contract is set to expire at the end of the season, and while Real Madrid is the frontrunner for his signature, Arsenal remains a potential destination. Mbappe had previously been pursued by Real Madrid in 2022 but ultimately decided against a move. Tottenham is also planning a move for Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher if he does not sign a new contract. Gallagher's transfer value is decreasing as his contract approaches its final year, but his salary profile is increasing. Manchester United and Tottenham are both interested in Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite, with United looking to bring in two young center backs this summer. Barcelona is hopeful of structuring a deal to keep Manchester City's Joao Cancelo at the club, either through a loan-to-permanent arrangement or another loan deal.
