Manchester City's Champions League Clash: Injury Concerns and Rotation Plans

Manchester City may be without defender Josko Gvardiol and midfielder Mateo Kovacic for their Champions League match against FC Copenhagen. Both players were missing from Monday's open training session and were not part of the group that trained on Monday ahead of Tuesday night's round of 16 clash. It is unclear how long both players will be out for, but any injury is a blow to City as they are currently in a Premier League title fight with Arsenal and Liverpool. Sergio Gomez also appeared to be absent from the session.

Despite a goalless draw at the Parken Stadium in the group stage last season, Manchester City are still considered favorites to win against FC Copenhagen on Tuesday. Manager Pep Guardiola acknowledged the difficulty of the first leg of the last 16, but expressed confidence in his team's ability to perform. Guardiola hinted that he may rotate his starting XI for the Champions League clash.

In other news, Roy Keane criticized West Ham as supporters left the Arsenal thrashing at half-time, and Arsenal player ratings were discussed with Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka receiving praise.
